Separate businesses - Attorneys and professionals at Liberty Law and Professional Building share office space and services such as this web site, conference room and receptionist services. They are not members of the same partnership, professional corporation or company or affiliated with one another except as occupants and tenants of the same building unless specifically noted. Information on individual web pages refers only to the separate attorney or individual business, and not to other occupants. The contents of a particular businesses web page is that of the individual business.

Visitor Privacy - The businesses here support your right to privacy online. We will never sell, exchange or release any of your personal information to a third party without your express consent.

No individual information concerning visitors to this site is collected, nor are "cookies" or other tracking information placed in any visitor's computer.

Messages from web site visitors - Emails and voice mail messages to an individual voice mail box are not accessible by anyone other than that individual and in some cases, his or her staff. Any person using email should be aware that there may be no way to insure the strict confidentiality of messages and documents sent over the internet. Messages are not presumed received unless acknowledged. No attorney or other professional is obligated to perform any services or give any advice by virtue of having received a message or request, without a written consent, contract or engagement letter.

Any person seeking legal advice should make an appointment and speak with an attorney as soon as possible. Many legal matters must be handled in a limited period of time, and if they are not, they may be barred by a "statute of limitations". The length of time varies depending on the type of matter.

Building Policy on Privacy - Client files are kept in a locked cabinet or office accessible only to the individual business.

Occupants of the building agree to protect their own and other's client and customers confidentiality. Unless they have a client or customer's written consent, they will not sell information about current or former clients or customers to third parties; and will not share such information, except when it is required to handle a matter at Client's request. They may contract with non-affiliated third parties to perform services when necessary (for example use of a copy service); but will only disclose the information necessary for the third party to carry out their responsibilities; will require these non-affiliated third parties to treat client personal information as confidential; will not disclose any information regarding your assets, liabilities, income or information from a consumer reporting agency with any affiliate or nonaffiliated third party unless you tell them to do so, you give consent before-hand, or unless required to do so by law.

Attorneys have no affiliated companies. In the event that attorneys sharing space are on the opposite sides of a case, attorneys will discuss the matter at the earliest time possible with their respective Clients to determine the most appropriate course of action agreeable to the client, to avoid any conflict.
